Virtuosi, the immersive education program developed by Quality Executive Partners (QxP) for pharma/biotech manufacturing operators and microbiologists, has been implemented at the Samsung Bioepis facility in South Korea, expanding the program’s use in the Asia-Pacific region (press release). Earlier this year, Virtuosi and Japan’s Airex, an expert in cleanroom management for pharma/biotech, made front-page news when they jointly exhibited at Interphex Tokyo.
Virtuosi’s on-demand, standardized, immersive education program for pharma and biotech manufacturing operators is comprised of 50+ video courses that teach the “why” and 20+ cleanroom virtual reality simulations that enable employees to practice their skills before entering the cleanroom. It is available in five languages and can be installed at a facility’s site within a matter of days.
The program was beta-tested by the U.K.’s MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) in 2019 and is now in use across the globe. In 2023, top pharma companies presented at PDA and the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Sciences Society (PHSS) about their use of Virtuosi (see e.g., “Top 20 Pharma Company Chooses QxP Virtuosi® Platform”).
To learn more about why the program is being rapidly adopted all over the world, read QxP Executive Director of Innovation Dr. Tyler DeWitt’s European Journal of Parenteral and Pharmaceutical Sciences paper, “There Has to Be a Better Way to Train.”
